PR Tactics

I need to attract clients for the construction-as-a-service model (vê valor), and I had 2 ideas while in the shower:

• PR: Create a coffee card + invite the client to have a coffee.
  
• PR: Create models in collab with brands (I think this could be a cool differentiator).

Interview Tactics (Initial Clients)

• Ask for advice

People hate being "researched," but they love when I ask for their opinion.
Phrases like:
"Because you're an expert in..."
"X told me you're the right person for this."
"I loved your article about [topic]."

• Provide a calendar/schedule

Send a calendar link so the client can choose the best time slot.
