Most people won't agree with this idea but I principally think that being fit, healthy, strong, jacked, i.e. having a greek god physique is the supposed equilibrium state of your existence.

Think of all of this in terms of this very simple analogy that everyone knows about. GPT writes, "Imagine a ball sitting at the bottom of a bowl. When the ball is at rest at the lowest point, it is in equilibrium. If you nudge the ball up the side of the bowl, you add energy to the system, moving it out of equilibrium. The ball will roll back and forth due to gravity and friction, eventually settling back at the bottom of the bowl, returning to equilibrium. This analogy captures the idea that systems tend to move back to a stable state after being perturbed, provided no external forces continuously act on them"

YOU, not being in the best shape of your life is you being that ball which is by definition not at equilibrium. And by extension it means, you are actually doing extra work. Being a greek god in reality opens up the room for you to still do that extra work, just more consciously and directed in ways you want.

Fasting is negative brainpower, eating good is negative brainpower, doing workouts 15 minutes a day is overall negative brainpower (for a number of reasons) -> it's like your body gives you so many cues that this is how it's actually supposed to be.

Let go, and be the greek god you're supposed to be.
