When I started writing consistently on LinkedIn, it felt like stepping into a new room every day—sometimes buzzing with engagement, other times quiet and uncertain.

But I kept showing up.

Why?

Because I knew consistency was my greatest asset. Back in the early days, one post led to a virtual coffee, and that one conversation opened doors I didn’t know existed.

Fast forward, over 500 calls and a thriving consulting company later, it’s still the act of showing up that makes the biggest difference.

Now, as I work through this writing journey, I’m reminded of a Gary Vee insight that sparked it all:

“Put out content. Tell your story. Someone needs to hear it.”

So here I am, writing every day, imperfectly but intentionally. And here’s what I’ve learned so far:

  1. Every word counts. Even when it feels small or insignificant, it might resonate with someone else.
  2. Consistency compounds. The momentum you build by showing up daily creates opportunities you can’t predict.
  3. Your voice matters. No one else can tell your story like you can.

Day 5 is a reminder to keep going, even when the spark feels dim. The magic happens when you keep showing up.

What’s something you’ve been showing up for lately?

Today’s markdown tip is:

Use descriptive headings and subheadings to structure your document clearly. For example, use # for main topics and ## for subtopics. This helps both readability and navigation.
